For immediate notice about one person, Florida VINE may provide a custody-event alert. For a state prisoner, use the Florida Department of Corrections record, not the county log. A federal or immigration transfer requires the locator of the receiving system. These channels answer different questions and should not be merged into one Flagler release list.
Flagler Release or Continued Custody
A populated county Release Date proves that one Perry Hall booking ended. It does not prove that every form of custody ended. Booking staff still must complete the custody transaction. Call with the full name and booking or subject number for a very recent event, then confirm the actual Release Date when it posts. When timing is important for travel or a court obligation, use the agency’s person-specific answer rather than a guessed release cycle.

Flagler Bond Release Timing
FCSO’s official bail and bond information says cash and surety bonds are accepted around the clock. Cash bond means the required sum is deposited under the sheriff’s published process. A surety bond involves a licensed bonding agency. Jail staff cannot recommend a bonding business. The court sets or schedules the bond, while Perry Hall records when custody processing is actually complete.

The current FCSO homepage promotes an agency mobile app, and an older official announcement named Mobile Inmate Search among its features. That makes the app a reasonable extra channel for a named person. Current official material reviewed did not prove a dedicated last-24-hours release view, a complete historical release list, or retained photographs for former detainees.
Use an app result as a lead. Confirm the person and booking through the official web detail, then read the actual Release Date or request the release log. An app screen cannot cure the public system’s lack of a Release From and Release To filter. It also should not be used to claim that everyone who left Perry Hall during one day has been captured.
